FMG x Mantis is a collaborative Christmas dinner installation created with premium catering company Food Management Group. The project focused on designing a festive dining atmosphere through a contemporary botanical approach. We constructed a custom Christmas tree using a variety of natural branches, reinterpreting the traditional form in a more organic way. The table setting was enriched with layered evergreen compositions, bringing texture, depth, and a strong seasonal identity.

To introduce a refined winter accent, we introduced sculptural ice elements, embedding roses within frozen forms. This contrast between organic materials and frozen structures added a unique, sensory dimension to the overall experience.
